Peninsula Awards & Trophies does all engraving in house. Our laser and rotary engraving machines can engrave on almost any material – metals including stainless steel, jewelry, acrylic, glass, wood, plastics, tile, and gold foiling on leather items such as Bibles and portfolios.
We can engrave on items as small as the inside of a wedding ring or an item as large as 12”x24”
We have a minimum fee for most smaller or regular sized items. We do not charge per letter, we charge based on the item to be engraved. Engraving of logos is an additional fee.
There are no art charges when camera-ready artwork is supplied. Camera-ready artwork is a layout in black & white form ready for production – digital vector art is preferred. All type, linework and illustrations must be sharp, clean and dense black. Image edges must not be broken or jagged. Artwork should be “to size” or larger and at least 300 dpi. Xeroxes, faxes, web images, photocopies, Polaroids or any unauthorized usage of images are not acceptable forms of camera-ready artwork.
High quality digital artwork can be submitted in one of the following formats for a PC: JPG, Adobe Illustrator, or CorelDraw. Artwork sent by FAX is not acceptable. If you are sending a large file, we recommend that you follow up with an e-mail or phone call to ensure that we have received your order.
Poor quality artwork, detailed changes and conversion requiring more than 5 minutes will result in additional art charges. Layout of copy and art will be at our discretion unless specifications are clearly marked on order or finished art is supplied. Once the design is completed, a paper proof is faxed to you for final approval. Upon receipt of the signed approval, we begin production of your order.
We reserve the option to refuse an order which we consider impossible to reproduce within industry standards.
